1. Overview

Stork Leads (“we”, “us”) operates consumer-facing lead generation properties and a partner platform at storkleads.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It applies to our consumer-facing sites, the partner portal, and related services.

2. Whose Information We Handle

We handle two categories of individuals:

  • Consumers who submit inquiries through our lead generation sites asking to be contacted about a service (for example, foundation repair quotes).
  • Partners — business users who sign up to receive leads through the partner portal.

3. Information We Collect

From consumers: name, phone number, email address, postal code or address, details about the service requested, and any message content. If you call a tracked phone number, we collect your caller ID, the call recording or transcript where permitted, and call metadata.

From partners: business name, contact name, email, phone, billing details processed through our payment processor, service area and vertical, and account activity within the portal.

Automatically: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • deliver qualified leads to the one partner assigned to that service area and vertical;
  • operate, maintain, and improve the platform and consumer-facing sites;
  • qualify leads, prevent fraud, detect duplicates, and enforce dispute rules;
  • bill partners, process payments, and keep financial records;
  • communicate with partners about their account and with consumers where we operate our own properties;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

6. How We Share Information

With the assigned partner: each qualified lead’s contact and inquiry details are delivered to exactly one partner so they can follow up on the service request.

With service providers: we use vetted vendors to host the platform, track calls, send email and SMS, process payments, and provide analytics. They access personal information only to perform services for us and under written obligations of confidentiality and security.

Legal and safety: we may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect our rights or the rights of others, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies, similar technologies, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how our sites are used, to measure campaign performance, and to improve the product. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, meet accounting and tax obligations, and comply with the law. Partner account records and related billing data are typically retained for the duration of the relationship plus any legally required period. Consumer lead records are retained for the period necessary to support dispute handling and legal compliance, then deleted or de-identified.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor diligence. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to withdraw consent, or to object to certain processing. Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws. US residents in states with comprehensive privacy laws, such as California, have additional rights including the right to know and the right to delete. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

11. Children

Our Service is for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International Transfers

We operate primarily in Canada and may process information in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, communicated through the partner portal or by email.
